Siemens is hiring a Workshop Manager to lead disciplinary and technical operations in metal parts manufacturing. The role is responsible for delivery performance, quality, productivity, equipment availability, safety, staffing, shift and vacation planning, new systems and product changes, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a technical apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification, extensive production and management experience, knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, and value stream processes, SAP ERP knowledge, fluent German, and good English.
