Siemens is hiring a Workshop Manager for its container manufacturing division to lead the disciplinary and technical work of a production team in the welding shop at the Frankfurt-Fechenheim plant. The role coordinates delivery performance, quality, productivity, and plant availability; contributes to new and redesign projects; and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need technical training, a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, extensive relevant professional experience, production and leadership experience, knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, and value stream processes, MS Office and SAP ERP skills, fluent German and English, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
