Description
Splend is hiring a Workshop Foreman to lead fleet maintenance and onsite repair operations. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the role manages workshop organisation, bay allocation, shift planning, scheduling, throughput, safety compliance, KPIs, maintenance costs, suppliers, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least two years of workshop or service operations experience, including two years in a management role, plus hands-on mechanical, electrical, automotive, or equipment maintenance experience and experience with scheduling, cost control, KPI management, budgeting, parts and inventory control, safety systems, and process improvement.
