Temporing is hiring a Workshop Manager for a major company in the A Coruña area. The role plans and supervises daily workshop activities, coordinates team tasks, oversees manufacturing, repair, or maintenance processes, ensures quality and procedural compliance, prepares work orders and reports, and maintains facility cleanliness. Candidates need at least three years of responsibility experience in an industrial, mechanical, or production workshop, team-management experience, relevant technical and vocational knowledge, leadership and communication skills, a Category B driver’s license, and a vehicle. The position offers a permanent full-time contract with a salary of 40,000 to 45,000, depending on profile and experience.
