The role manages the workshop team, allocates tasks, oversees work quality, advises on efficiency improvements, communicates with the importer on technical matters, and guides and motivates colleagues. Automotive technology education, leadership experience, communication skills, and the ability to work full-time are required or strongly preferred; extensive car maintenance and repair knowledge is also accepted.
