The role oversees rapid, customer-oriented maintenance and repair of Volkswagen passenger cars, manages work orders, scheduling, quality, invoicing, workshop readiness, safety, and cleanliness, and provides technical support to mechatronics technicians. Candidates need automotive mechatronics technician vocational training, a corresponding master craftsman qualification, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of computer-assisted repair and diagnostic methods, VW environment experience, and teamwork skills.
