Arriva is hiring a full-time Technical Specialist to maintain and develop its bus fleet in a modern workshop. The role involves diagnosing faults, supervising installation, maintenance, and repair, coordinating workshop work, improving processes, participating in on-call breakdown services, and contributing to electric mobility innovations. Applicants need an MBO level 4 qualification in Vehicle Technology, Mechatronics, or Technical Specialist, maintenance workshop experience, coordination and supervision skills, and a category B driving license; a category D license is preferred. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €4,700, a signing bonus, pension contributions, and other benefits.
