Sverull is hiring a Workshop Manager in Lidköping to oversee service operations, including seven service technicians and planned expansion. The role manages budgets, allocates workshop work, leads the team, maintains safety and team cohesion, supports quotations and parts sourcing, and coordinates with customer support, sales, and other service workshops. The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires leadership or mechanical engineering experience, computer skills, Swedish and English knowledge, and a Category B driving licence.
