Description
The Workshop Manager will lead the BMW dealer’s workshop and control center, including personnel management, apprenticeship training, dispatching, capacity planning, budget and forecast targets, repair quality, customer satisfaction, safety and quality compliance, equipment setup, waste handling, subcontracting, and technical inspections. The role requires technical dealership training, certified automotive master technician or equivalent qualification, several years of professional and leadership experience, workshop dispatching and planning experience, strong planning and analytical skills, an assertive personality, and a Class B driver’s license.
