The Workshop Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of a workshop in Nödinge, overseeing staff development, work allocation, quality, customer service, budgeting, key performance indicators, safety, productivity, and efficiency. The role requires leadership experience in workshop management or a related automotive, industrial, or workshop sector, strong administrative and planning skills, business and customer-service orientation, Swedish language proficiency, and a Category B driving licence.
