The Workshop Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of a workshop in Nödinge, including staff development, work planning, quality control, budget and KPI management, customer service, safety, and productivity monitoring. The role requires experience in workshop management or leadership in the automotive, industrial, or workshop sector, strong administrative and planning skills, business and customer-service orientation, Swedish language proficiency, and a Category B driving licence.
