SPITZKE is hiring a Workshop Manager / Warehouse Manager – Electrical Engineering to lead and organize the electrical workshop and connected warehouse at GVZ Berlin Süd in Großbeeren. The role manages low-voltage switchgear processes, leads up to ten employees, coordinates materials and equipment with procurement and specialist departments, and optimizes warehouse operations. It requires electrical master or technician training or an electrical engineering degree, at least three years of practical electrical engineering experience, and initial technical or disciplinary leadership experience; the position offers regular working hours without travel, on-site installation, or shift work.
