Description
The client in the Menen region is seeking a Workshop Manager / Workshop Coordinator to manage and motivate a workshop team, prepare and monitor schedules, oversee work quality and safety, answer technical questions, improve processes, follow up on work orders and administrative files, and maintain a clean and safe environment. The role requires at least five years of relevant automotive or comparable technical experience, team-management experience, vehicle and workshop-process knowledge, Dutch fluency, and English proficiency; French knowledge is advantageous. A bachelor's-level mindset is expected, while a degree is advantageous but not required. Permanent employment is possible after a successful interim period.
