Dömer Metallbau is hiring a Workshop Manager to oversee aluminum window, door, and facade production. The role coordinates jobs and orders, assigns employees and machines, leads meetings, supports and motivates staff, accepts work against quality standards, ensures occupational health and safety compliance, monitors capacity and delivery dates, and performs occasional hands-on production work. Applicants should have metalworking master or joinery master training, be a metalworking technician, and have knowledge of employee leadership, staff motivation, and occupational health and safety regulations; aluminum window and door manufacturing experience is an advantage.
