Senior workshop operations management role responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising repair, assembly, maintenance, service, subcontractor, procurement, inventory, quality, safety, customer-service, and continuous-improvement activities. The position manages workshop resources and personnel, schedules customer orders and projects in an ERP system, monitors costs and delivery performance, and collaborates across sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations. It requires hands-on gearbox and winch experience, mechanical-systems knowledge, customer-facing ability, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel internationally.
