TARMAC Aerosave is hiring a permanent Workshop Performance Manager for its Azereix (65) site. Reporting to the BU Manager, the role supervises and coordinates production staff, plans and coordinates workshop activities, monitors training and qualifications, leads meetings, manages industrial resources, and supports safety and continuous improvement. The position requires solid aerospace production and resource management experience, knowledge of aircraft maintenance and Part 145 regulations, English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ERP tools; a Part 66 license and aircraft type rating are advantageous.
