Aura Personal is hiring a full-time Workshop Planner to coordinate and optimize workshop workflow for a client. The role plans capacity, schedules jobs and appointments, coordinates customer service, technicians, suppliers, and management, monitors performance indicators, handles changes, and supports customer satisfaction. Candidates should have automotive or similar planning experience, computer skills, preferably experience with Cabas or Kobra workshop systems, fluency in Swedish and English, and a Category B driver's license.
