Aura Personal is hiring a full-time Workshop Planner to coordinate and optimize workshop workflow, schedule jobs and appointments, manage customer service, technicians, suppliers, and key performance indicators, and maintain smooth customer and technician experiences. The role requires prior planning experience in automotive or a similar field, computer skills, preferably with Cabas or Kobra workshop systems, fluent Swedish and English, and a category B driving licence.
