The DERDA Group is hiring a Workshop Supervisor for its site in the south of Düsseldorf, starting immediately. The role leads the workshop team, supports daily operations through maintenance and repair of tractors and trailers, conducts inspections and tests, manages spare parts and workforce scheduling, and serves as a contact for operations and management. Candidates need locksmith, agricultural or construction machinery mechatronics, or comparable training; relevant experience, further master-craftsman training, independent structured working, assertiveness, and MS Office skills are preferred or required.
