Personal Select Consulting GmbH is hiring a full-time Workshop Supervisor in Hamburg to support a refrigeration and air-conditioning technology client with temporary employment assignments. The role supervises maintenance, repair, installation, and conversion work on transport refrigeration systems and special vehicle body installations; independently diagnoses motor vehicle technical defects; eliminates malfunctions; performs final checks; and supports the department manager. Applicants need automotive mechatronics technician or automotive master craftsman training, independent work experience, enthusiasm for new challenges, quality orientation, and initial leadership experience. The position offers a permanent employment contract with client hiring, above-tariff performance-based compensation, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and travel expense subsidies.
