Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Workshop Supervisor to manage a garment workshop while remaining actively involved in sewing, cutting, ironing, and other production tasks. The role oversees production schedules, deadlines, quality, administrative matters, and team performance, while directing and motivating colleagues. Candidates need garment manufacturing and sewing experience, accurate sewing-machine work, strong administrative and scheduling skills, independent problem-solving, and fluent Dutch and English; leadership experience is an advantage but not required. The position is permanent after a successful trial period and includes meal vouchers.
