TCR Group is hiring a Workshop Supervisor to lead and coach a team of technicians, oversee GSE maintenance and repair, manage work packages, inventory, safety, quality, and workshop administration, and support continuous improvement. The role requires an expert technical background in GSE maintenance and repair, strong leadership and communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to make complex decisions under pressure. The pay range is $40–$43 per hour based on experience and qualifications, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
