Description
The Workshop Supervisor will organize daily order handling, coordinate employees’ work, oversee inventory, and lead colleagues with various health limitations in a sheltered workshop serving the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. The role requires secondary vocational education, organizational and communication skills, and a calm, responsible approach. It is a part-time, single-shift position with 25 hours per week, offering a calm working environment, long-term cooperation, fair treatment, company therapists, and company-provided meals.
