Description
The Semi-Automatic Welder will work in a workshop fabricating, assembling, and modifying metal structures for motorized and automated equipment such as gates, garage doors, sectional doors, shutters, and fire doors. The role involves MIG/MAG welding, preparing and assembling metal components, inspecting weld quality, participating in chassis and frame fabrication, and following safety and quality procedures. Candidates need welding training or equivalent experience, MIG/MAG experience, technical-drawing skills, workshop-tool proficiency, and a quality-oriented approach; metal-fabrication, mechanical-assembly, and welding-certificate experience are additional assets. The position is full-time with daytime hours and offers a permanent contract after a temporary-work period, with salary based on experience and skills.
