HELPLINE is hiring a Workplace Engineer (IT End-User Computing) for a banking-sector client in Lyon. The role handles N2/N3 incidents, maintains reference systems, participates in deployment scheduling, distributes software to workstations and internal tools, reports deployments, improves service quality, and drafts procedures and user manuals. The position requires three years of similar experience and knowledge of Microsoft technologies, SCCM, MECM, Intune, and Windows, Android, or Apple fleets.
