Description
The role serves as the technical point of contact for workstation issues and leads digital workplace transformation, fleet administration, and modernization projects. Responsibilities include designing workstation architectures, administering Microsoft Intune and SCCM/Configuration Manager, managing application deployment, updates, patching, compliance, security, and complex N3 incidents, automating operations with PowerShell, and producing technical documentation. The position requires at least 5 to 10 years of workstation experience, strong Windows administration expertise, production Intune or SCCM knowledge, PowerShell and automation skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
