Description
The position supports Film Studies administrative and facilities operations by handling filing, mail, office supplies, Microsoft Office and Adobe tasks; monitoring offices, equipment rooms, and labs; checking film equipment in and out and recording damage; maintaining inventory; keeping editing labs organized and stocked; contributing content to the Film Studies Newsletter; assisting faculty and marketing communications with events and productions; and reporting building issues. The role requires strong organization, independent work, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, film editing, lighting, and camera equipment, with training provided on equipment-management software.
