Citi is hiring a Network Operations Manager to manage WorldLink’s global payment partners and oversee cross-border payment operations. The role leads coaching, mentoring, workload allocation, succession planning, query management, stakeholder relationships, escalation handling, risk and control, and process improvements. It requires payments or FX experience, project leadership, analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. The position is full-time in Dublin with a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a stated base salary range of €0.00 to €2,250,000.00.
