The full-time, two-month program combines theory and practical welding work and is intended to develop someone with basic welding knowledge into a qualified welder, with the goal of long-term employment at Essverk. The trainee will be employed by Dala Industrisupport during the training, work daytime and later shifts, and receive a salary during the training period.
