Would you like to work in ambulance care? (Unsolicited application) at Region Uppsala

Akademiska sjukhuset/Region Uppsala is recruiting for three ambulance-care roles: Nurse – Ambulance, Ambulance Care Assistant, and Nurse – Emergency Call Operator. The Nurse – Ambulance must be licensed and have at least one year of emergency-care experience; the Ambulance Care Assistant must have at least three years of emergency-care experience or relevant training; the Nurse – Emergency Call Operator must be a nurse with at least two years of experience. All roles require medical knowledge, physical stamina, problem-solving ability, and relevant driving licences, with additional suitability testing and a swimming certificate. The ambulance service operates from stations in Enköping, Tierp, Uppsala, and Östhammar, and the emergency call center supports the first contact for patients needing an ambulance.
