Description
As a Wound Care Nurse, you will specialize in treating complex patient wounds such as ulcers, burns, pressure injuries, diabetic foot wounds, and skin tears. You'll be responsible for preventing, assessing, and treating chronic and acute wounds, performing specialized procedures like debriding and bandaging, and leading care coordination efforts. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards are essential aspects of this role.
