Mitchell Martin Inc. is hiring a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Medford, New Jersey to service skilled nursing facilities. The role manages open wounds, completes admission paperwork, supports residents and families, monitors residents, administers medications and treatments, documents care, follows infection-control protocols, and resolves resident problems through multidisciplinary strategies. Applicants need an NP or PA license, board certification, and ideally one year of skilled nursing facility experience; transferrable experience and new graduates are considered. Compensation is $120,000-$160,000 per year.
