Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of recent hands-on wound care and protocol decision-making experience
Preferred Qualifications: Strong wound care knowledge - able to identify pressure injury stages, wound etiologies, and wound dressing categories.
Understanding of the basic functions of wound dressings to support proper product selection and clinical education.
Ability to teach and guide facility staff on the use of advanced wound dressings based on wound presentation and healing goals.
Organized and self-motivated, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of clinical and administrative staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer documentation tools.
