Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of recent hands-on wound care and protocol decision-making experience
Preferred Qualifications: Strong wound care knowledge, understanding basic functions of wound dressings, and ability to identify pressure injury stages, wound etiologies, and wound dressing categories.
Ability to teach and guide facility staff on the use of advanced wound dressings based on wound presentation and healing goals.
Organized and self-motivated, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of clinical and administrative staff.
