Description
MFM Health is seeking a per-diem, in-person Wound Nurse to assess and triage patients, provide direct care for complex wounds, fistulas, pressure injuries, skin tears, and ulcers, develop treatment plans, consult with clinical staff, educate patients and healthcare workers, document care, and support cross-functional teams. The role requires a current RN or LPN license under Massachusetts regulations, at least five years of clinical nursing experience, WOCN certification, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
