Canopy Children's Solutions is hiring a Wraparound Facilitator to coordinate care for children and youth with complex mental health challenges and their families. The role engages families, builds a supportive Wraparound Team, develops a family story and vision, completes an initial Crisis Management Plan, identifies supports, and facilitates Wraparound Team Meetings. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, direct experience with children and families and formal or informal systems, and the ability to complete Mississippi Department of Mental Health Community Support Specialist training and certification within 90 days of hire. The position requires a flexible schedule, availability for occasional evening and weekend hours, a valid Mississippi driver license, a good driving record, auto liability insurance, and use of a personal vehicle.
