Description
The Program Function Lead will help design and deliver the Swedish contingent’s pre-event and jamboree program, including activities for Scouts aged 14–17 and IST participants aged 18–25, leader and participant training, a contingent gathering in Poland, and travel-related experiences. The role runs from summer 2026 through autumn 2027, with regular online meetings, work weekends in Sweden, and optional participation in Poland and the Baltic tour. The position is open to someone who can create fun and developmental experiences for a large group, with World Scout Jamboree experience as an advantage.
