Description
The Community Development Officer will support World Vision’s Annual Community Development Program in assigned communes through community engagement, partner capacity building, technical implementation, monitoring and evaluation, child participation and protection, sponsorship integration, and disaster risk reduction. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Vietnamese communication skills, and a valid motorbike driving license; sponsorship experience is an advantage. It is a local fixed-term position for local applicants only.
