Description
The WXAV Program Director is a student employment role at Saint Xavier University responsible for developing and implementing radio station programming, including music formatting, show scheduling, and public affairs programs. The position supervises on-air staff and producer training, monitors broadcast quality and consistency, enforces FCC and station regulations, supports FCC logging, helps shape station strategy and on-air image, produces sweepers, show promos, and public service announcements, manages promotional events, and serves on the Student Media Leadership Committee. Applicants must be Saint Xavier University students, be eligible for Federal Work Study, and submit a resume and cover letter.
