Description
HDR is hiring a Wyoming Construction Lead for its Water Business Group. The role supports construction planning and management by maintaining site records and progress reports, reviewing submittals and pay applications, handling change orders, analyzing construction schedules, coordinating owners, engineers, and contractors, supporting staffing and workforce planning, and managing construction equipment and trucks. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, construction science, or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least two years of relevant construction experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with construction management software. Construction or design certifications and familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and project management software are preferred.
