Description
The role supports project and business-unit cost control, quarterly rolling budget forecasting, business planning, and operating analysis. It partners with regional business leaders on R&D cost optimization, business-model transformation, profitability impact assessment, pricing and customer-structure decisions, and digital management tools. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field, 0–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, business-partner awareness, English proficiency, and Microsoft Office proficiency; Power BI, SAP, or other digital tools are preferred.
