Wix is hiring a Team Lead to manage a backend engineering team responsible for core services in its editors infrastructure. The role owns backend APIs, site-model schemas, editor loading, document-site models, and highly scalable systems, while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on contributions. Candidates need at least four years of software engineering experience, two to three years of team-lead experience, and strong expertise in large-scale web applications and distributed systems.
