Comcast is hiring a retail sales associate to work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluate product needs, recommend services, provide customer service, explain account statements, process bills, handle service requests, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, generally 2–5 years of related experience, and the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
