Description
Comcast is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead a well-visited retail location and manage a team of 8–12 direct reports. The role owns the customer and employee experience, sales performance, merchandising, resets, training compliance, inventory, cash management, staffing, scheduling, operational and financial controls, and store improvement initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of relevant experience, physical store work including lifting up to 25 pounds, and availability for nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime.
