EquipmentShare’s Forge & Build is hiring a Yard Associate in Mansfield, Missouri, to manage yard inventory, staging, loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers while maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused work environment. The role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, includes overtime after 40 hours, and requires weekend work. Responsibilities include operating yard equipment, completing safety training, communicating issues to the Store Manager, and assisting with assigned duties. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer-service experience, basic math, organizational and problem-solving skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
