Description
McLane is hiring a Yard Driver to support trailer movement at a distribution center, prepare trailers for shipping, monitor loaded-trailer status, clean and inspect trailers, and operate tractor-trailers within the yard or nearby. The role pays $26.25 to $27.75 per hour with a $0.40 shift differential, follows a Sunday-to-Thursday 5:00 p.m. start schedule, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits. A Class A commercial driver’s license is required, while a high school diploma, two years of related driving experience, 100,000-mile tractor-trailer experience, an accident-free record, and the ability to read, write, and understand English are preferred or required for safe performance.
