Description
McLane is hiring a Yard Driver to support trailer movement at a distribution center, prepare trailers for shipping, monitor loaded-trailer status, and operate a tractor-trailer within the yard or nearby. The role includes attaching and securing trailers, cleaning and inspecting them, verifying product security and refrigeration function, and reading labels, instructions, and bills of lading. A Class A commercial driver’s license is required, while a high school diploma, two years of related driving experience, 100,000-mile tractor-trailer experience, and an accident-free driving record are preferred.
