Description
The Yard Driver operates company-owned or leased yard trucks to move trailers and materials in a warehouse yard, positions trailers at dock doors, checks trailers, maintains yard organization, records movements, verifies loads, coordinates with dock supervisors, and may assist with forklift or general warehouse work. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, English communication ability, outdoor physical work, and the ability to operate heavy equipment and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Pay is $20.00 per hour with guaranteed progression, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement matching, life insurance, and other employee benefits.
