The role performs yard housekeeping, equipment maintenance and cleaning, crane and heavy-duty truck loading and unloading, small assembly and repairs, and safe operation of hand and power tools and construction equipment such as forklifts and tele-handlers. The position requires a valid driver's license, independent work, safe operation around moving machinery, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
