Premier Marine is hiring a Yard Loader to secure pontoon boats to outbound trailers, coordinate with truck drivers and production teams, follow work instructions, maintain a clean yard, and support service and shipping activities. The role is outdoors and requires using cordless and hand tools, understanding tiedown methods, reading work orders and manifests, working safely and quickly, and lifting up to 40 pounds. A high school degree or equivalent is required, and the position pays $18-$22 per hour with medical, dental, and vision coverage among other benefits.
